life. love. regret.

i’m back in vienna for 24 hours now.

things that are great here:

• drinking delicious water directly out of the tap
• sleeping in my own bed (chinese beds have metal-feathers - so it hurts if you turn)
• taking a shower with really high water-pressure
• being able to buy lots of vegan food in the supermarket

things that suck here:

• everything is really expensive compared to china
• feeling to live in a tiny village although being in the biggest austrian city

we had a massive hand-luggage-problem and the people at pudong-airport were really strict. so we had to throw out 8 to 10 kg. to check it in would have meant 500 rmb (60 euros) per kilo. way too much. so sorry guys, we had to throw away all the sweets and books we wanted to bring for you. beside that umbrellas, a soy-milk-machine and lots of other stuff went to the trashcan. damn it! now we are waiting in dubai for our connecting flight to vienna.
